BOURNE – The Bourne Bridge was closed about 7:45 PM Saturday after a reported head-on crash that caused both vehicles to overturn. Firefighters had to extricate at one person from the wreckage. The injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
From Bourne Police: The Bourne Bridge is currently closed in both directions due to a motor vehicle crash. At this time, it does not appear there are any major injuries. Bourne PD assisting MSP.

About 8:20 PM, Bourne Police reported the bridge had reopened.
