DENNIS – A deadly shooting was reported at the Moonfish Restaurant at 369 Route 28 in Dennis just after midnight (Saturday). One person was pronounced dead inside the restaurant. According to reports, a suspect surrendered a short time later. Mass State Police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office are investigating the incident.
Saturday morning a spokesperson for the District Attorney’s office told CWN: I can confirm that there was a fatal shooting that occurred approximately around midnight at a dining establishment in the town of Dennis. A male suspect is in custody and is expected to appear in the Orleans District Court on Monday morning. The matter remains on ongoing investigation we have no further comment at this time.
