Video: Section of Route 28 in Yarmouth closed after serious car vs pedestrian crash

YARMOUTH – A pedestrian was struck by a car and seriously injured in Yarmouth sometime before 7:30 PM Saturday. The incident happened on Route 28 near Main Street not far from the Dennis town line. The victim was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital. The driver stayed at the scene. Yarmouth Police called for crash reconstruction to investigate the collision. Route 28 was closed in the area and traffic detoured.
