Child seriously injured in freak accident in Provincetown

PROVINCETOWN – A child was seriously injured in a freak accident in Provincetown around 1 PM Tuesday. According to reports, the child collided with another child while playing at a summer school program at the Veterans Memorial community center on Mayflower Lane. MedFlight was not available due to weather so the victim was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital. Further details were not immediately available.
