Eight-month investigation leads to narcotics arrest in Falmouth

hendricksmilteerFALMOUTH – After an eight-month investigation the Falmouth Police Department, with assistance from the Mashpee Police Department, Upper Cape Special Response Team and the Mass State Police Cape Cod Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at an East Falmouth residence on Wednesday night. The search resulted in the seizure of heroin, cocaine, cash, ammunition and a firearm (shotgun).

Arrested at his residence was Milteer Hendricks Jr., 34, of East Falmouth. Hendricks was charged with possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute (heroin)(subsequent offense); possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute (cocaine)(subsequent offense); possession of a firearm without an FID card; possession of ammunition without an FID card; and violation of a gun-related offense after having been previously convicted of a violent crime or drug offense (Armed Career Criminal Act).

Mr. Hendricks was held on $25,000.00 bail until his arraignment in Falmouth Court Thursday.

  1. Please. read the next to last paragraph. and someone please convince me, with a reasonable explanation as to why he is on the street. And $25000 bail is pocket change to dealers, should be held without bail or at least $100,000 cash bail minimum.
