FALMOUTH – A kitesurfer got into trouble off Black’s Beach in Falmouth shortly before 5 p.m. The man ended up in the water after experiencing difficulty with his kite. A bystander called 911 prompting a response from Falmouth Fire Rescue. A Good Samaritan assisted the man back to shore. He declined any medical treatement.
