HARWICH – From Harwich Police: We have recently had some issues with residents and businesses using the wrong address and creating confusion.
For those using internet or VOIP phones, using a Main Street address versus Route 28 can cause significant delays.
Cell phones calls are different as the 9-1-1 system will use your exact location, but if you state a different address, it can cause confusion.
