
FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that a Wellesley, MA man was beaten and left unconscious near Pier 37. The 24-year-old man was found by police unconscious early Saturday morning. Witnesses told police that the victim was “jumped” by four males. While officers spoke with the witnesses another male approached and they identified him as the man that kicked the victim. Police questioned Kevin S. Fraga, 23, of Hyannis and he was subsequently placed under arrest. The victim was transported to Falmouth Hospital by Falmouth Fire/Rescue for a possible head injury. Fraga was arraigned on Monday at Falmouth District Court for Assault & Battery Dangerous Weapon (shod foot), Disorderly Conduct, Affray, and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon (baton).
