PROVINCETOWN – For the second time in as many weeks, Provincetown Firefighters had to respond to locate a lost hiker in the Cape Cod National Seashore near Provincetown Municipal Airport. Units responded shortly before 8 PM Friday and were able to retrieve the individual who found himself in a predicament as the tide came into the marshy area near the runway. He declined any medical treatment.
Three lost hikers were rescued from the same area on August 11th.
