Man killed in Marstons Mills crash

MARSTONS MILLS – A East Sandwich man has died after a single-vehicle crash in Marstons Mills Tuesday morning. The crash happened about 11:25 a.m. in the area of 1030 Osterville/West Barnstable Road. The car reportedly struck a tree and pole before rolling on its side. The driver, later identified as 52-year-old David Kirkwood, was extricated and taken to Cape Cod Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
