CHATHAM – A man was airlifted to a Boston hospital after taking a fall down a flight of stairs in his home. Rescuers were called to a Vineyard Avenue residence about 7:15 a.m. MedFlight landed at the Chatham Airport to fly the victim to Boston Medical Center.
