JOINT BASE CAPE COD – Mass State Police tell CWN that shortly before 6 PM on Saturday evening, Troopers from the Bourne barracks responded to Joint Base Cape Cod after reports of a single vehicle crash into a construction trailer outside the gate of the base on Connery Avenue.
After an investigation, Troopers arrested the driver, 33-year-old, Michelle E. Lopezx-Ayala from Mashpee. She is facing several charges including OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop.
