Friday, August 30:

Michelle Hunter

6:15 p.m.- Michelle Hunter, 39, of Wareham, was arrested by Officer Aaron Pacheco and Reserve Officer Aaron Swartz at the Woods of Wareham complex on an active warrant. The officers observed her while on a patrol of the area and were aware of the warrant.

Estevao DeBarrows

6:30 p.m. – Estevao DeBarrows, 36, of New Bedford, was arrested by Officers Eric Machado and James White as the result of an active warrant. The arrest was made on Kendrick Road after New Bedford Police detectives relayed information that Mr. DeBarrows could be located at his place of employment.

Saturday, August 31:

Michael Murray

5:15 p.m.- Michael Murray, 33, of East Wareham, was arrested by Officers Ryan Gomes and Lorenzo Grosso for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. The arrest follows an incident in which Mr. Murray was causing a disturbance in the middle of the road on Park Avenue.

Patrick Sullivan

5:30 p.m. – Patrick Sullivan, 38, of Carver, was arrested by Officer James White at Tobey Hospital on an active warrant. Reserve Officer Swartz assisted in the arrest.

Andrew Linhares

9:00 p.m. – Andrew Linhares, 31, of West Wareham, was arrested by Officers Ryan Gomes and Lorenzo Grosso following a disturbance on Naushon Road. When Officer Gomes approached the male he ran away with Officer Gomes pursuing him on foot. Mr. Linhares was finally located in a wooded area and taken into custody after a brief scuffle. At the station he was uncooperative, combative, and needed to be physically restrained while being booked. He is charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.

Eric Ford

11:15 p.m. – Eric Ford,33, of Brockton, was arrested by Officers James White and Christopher Corner following a motor vehicle stop on Cranberry Highway. During the encounter with Mr. Ford the officers spotted what appeared to be cocaine in a baggie on the floor of the vehicle. In addition, it was determined that there were two outstanding warrants for his arrest and he had a revoked driver’s license. Along with the warrants he is charged with illegal possession of a Class “B” substance and operating after revocation.

Sunday, September 1:

Cedric Andrews II

6:00 a.m. – Cedric A. Andrews II, 38, of Onset, was arrested by Officer Ryan Gomes and Sergeant Daniel Henderson on Red Brook Road. The arrest follows a report that Mr. Andrews punched and shattered a window at the Seven Eleven a few minutes earlier. Before officers arrived he fled from the store but was located on Red Brook Road by Sergeant Henderson and placed in custody.

6:41p.m. – Carolina Chumack, 32, of New Bedford, and Orlando Ortiz, 42, of Boston were arrested by Officers Calib Larue and Aaron Pacheco on Cranberry Highway near Route 195. Responding to a motor vehicle accident, the officers, assisted by Sergeant Daniel Flaherty, noted that Ms. Chumack appeared impaired and placed her under arrest. Her passenger, Orlando Ortiz, proved to be a fugitive wanted by the United States Marshall’s Service with a note to use extreme caution due to Mr. Ortiz’s past firearms charges. He was taken into custody without incident. Ms. Chumack is charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Wilfred Bergeron III

11:02 p.m. – Wilfred Bergeron III, 46, of Wareham, was arrested at his residence on an active warrant. Officers Calib Larue and Aaron Pacheco made the arrest.

Monday, September 2:

 

Alan O’Donnell

11:15 a.m. – Alan O’Donnell, 36, of Wareham, was arrested in the parking lot of the Cranberry Plaza by Officer Jon Verhaegen because of an active warrant.

Tuesday, September 3:

Patrick Lynch

6:23 p.m. – Patrick Lynch, 58, of Essex, Vermont, was arrested by Officers Nate Aronson and Charles Pillsbury at the Citizens Bank in the Stop and Shop. Mr. Lynch was placed in custody after causing a commotion and refusing to leave after being told that he was no longer welcome. Prior to the arrival of officers it was reported that Mr. Lynch had extinguished a lit cigarette on the counter causing burn marks and made inappropriate comments to a female customer. He is charged with vandalizing property, disturbing the peace, and trespassing.

Wednesday, September 4:

Kevin O’Sullivan

10:53 a.m.- Kevin O’Sullivan, 55, of no certain address, was arrested on Beachwood Place following a disturbance in which he caused a commotion in the street. He is charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Officers Christopher Smith and Aaron Pacheco made the arrest.

2:25 p.m. – Sara O’Donnell, 29, and Stephen Morin, 38, both of Wareham, were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Sunset Boulevard. Ms. O’Donnell had an active warrant and Mr. Morin was in possession of suspected fentanyl. The arrest was made by a Wareham Police detective who was conducting an investigation into illegal narcotics activity. Patrol Sergeant Kevin Reilly assisted with the arrests. Morin is charged with possession of a Class “A” substance.

David Daggett

3:05 p.m. – David Daggett, 32, of Fall River, was arrested by Officers Zina Kelsch and Jon Verhaegen at Walmart for shoplifting.
