WEST TISBURY – From West Tisbury Police: On Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at approximately 8:15 PM, Officers of the West Tisbury Police Department, along with the Edgartown Police and Mass State Police, arrested Adam C. Smilgis, 38, of West Tisbury, for possession of approximately 16 grams of heroin. This was the result of executing a search warrant at 50 Kaeka Lane in West Tisbury. Officers also seized a digital scale, packaging material, and 40 miscellaneous pills.
Mr. Smilgis was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (heroin).
