BARNSTABLE – Shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday there was a two-vehicle accident on Route 6A west of Keveney Lane in Barnstable Village. A pickup truck with a trailer reportedly crossed over the center line and was hit by an SUV causing the truck to roll on its side. The driver of the SUV was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. The pickup driver refused medical treatment. There were major traffic delays in both directions on Route 6A until the scene was cleared. The Barnstable Police Department is investigating.
