PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Fire and Rescue personnel responded to the West End Breakwater sometime after 10 AM after reported a woman had fractured an ankle while walking the popular route to Long Point. Rescuers used a Stokes Basket to carry the woman about half-way across the rocks to shore to an ambulance. She was taken to Cape Cod Hospital.
