PROVINCETOWN – A walker reportedly fell and injured their knee along the West End Breakwater in Provincetown around 9:30 AM Wednesday. Due to dead low tide, firefighters had to trek out about 1,000 feet and carry the victim in a stokes basket back to the ambulance. Further details were not immediately available.
