Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of May 18th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 16th at 10:34 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
William K. Murphy Jr., 69, of Truro who was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 12th at 11:39 a.m. Lt. Craig Danziger arrested
Brian A. Donahue, 34, of North Truro who was charged with
Operating after license suspended

On May 13th at 6:11 a.m. Sgt. David Perry arresed
Eileen E. Grosso, 59, of Provincetown who was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Jarod Grosso, 31, of Provincetown who was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Distributing a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On May 13th at 2:31 p.m. Lt. Craig Danziger arrested
Agapito M. Canela Jr., 21, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 17th at 11:35 a.m. Ofc. Craig Bayer arrested
Ronaldo Kenzou Fujii, 36, of Cambridge, MA who was charged with
Operating recklessly to endanger
Fail to wear seat belt
Speeding
No registration in possession

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 13th at 12:59 a.m.
Brandon D. McCulloch, 31, of Cataumet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Uninspected vehicle

On May 14th at 1:45 p.m.
Dustin Charles Curley, 29, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

HARWICH – Harwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
1) Scott Saglibene, 43, of Harwich was arrested for Larceny from a Boat and Larceny Under $250.

2) Ernest Sears, 43, of Harwich was arrested on a Warrant and for Possession of a Class B Drug

3) Nicholas Trott, 20, of Sandwich was arrested on 2 Warrants.

4) Eduardo Sarabia, 44, of Harwich was arrested on 1 Warrant.

5) Matthew Whitcomb, 32, of Harwich was arrested on 1 Warrant.

6) Moira Campbell, 28, of Harwich was arrested for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

7) James Lamb, 20, of Taunton was arrested for OUI-Liqour, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, and Driving to Endanger.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
On May 12th at 2:12 p.m.
Jason Comeau of Sandwich was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise
Warrant arrest

On May 14th at 1:52 p.m.
Justin M. Campbell of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (heroin)
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Speeding

On May 15th at 3:36 p.m.
Hilarion A. Zarate of Sandwich was charged with
Possession with intnet to distrivute a Class A substance
Operating after license suspended.

On May 16th at 3:04 p.m.
Joshua Christian Orr of Mashpee was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin stored
and
Zachary L. Perocchi of Wareham, MA was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (heroin)
Possession of a Class B substance (suboxone)

On May 16th at 6:23 p.m.
Jimmy Lee Perry of Centerville was charged with
Operating after license revoked

On May 16th at 9:52 p.m.
Thomas Christopher Clayton of Hyannis was charged with
Violating an abuse prevention order

On May 17th at 5:50 p.m.
Wesley Hendricks of Fort Worth, TX was charged with
Unarmed burglary

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 11th at 8:41 p.m.
Carrie Lynn Acosta, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 12th at 8:00 a.m.
Christopher J. Aiken, 27, of Mashpee was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On May 12th at 11:45 a.m.
Corey A. Crump, 38, of East Boston, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 14th at 4:09 p.m.
Michael Burnham, 35, of Avon, MA was charged iwth
Failing to stop or yield
Fail to identify self to police officer
Fail to wear seat belt
Possession of a Class A substance
Warrant arrest (4 counts)

On May 16th at 12:03 a.m.
Corey M. Gale, 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report they answered 472 calls for service this past week which resulted in 14 arrests, 37 investigations, 117 motor vehicle citations/warnings, and 7 accident reports.
