WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On November 17th at 9:35 a.m.
Kevin M. Astuto, 50, of South Yarmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On November 20th at 7:04 p.m.
Michael P. Arsenault of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Speeding

FALMOUTH
– Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On November 13th at 11:10 a.m.
Brandon K. Patterson, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 13th at 3:21 p.m.
David Rodriguez, 53, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On November 14th at 6:25 p.m.
James Volpe, 54, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 15th at 7:37 p.m.
James J. Kurker, 55, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 19th at 1:56 a.m.
Brittany L. Spadea, 25, of Plainville, MA was charged with
Operating under the infuence of drugs
Operating under the infuence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Defective equipment
Resisting arrest

On November 19th at 11:37 a.m.
Jeffrey Keyth Sylvia, 34, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

Mario EB Farah, 22, of Medford, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor
