Weekly police department arrests/reports 11/14/17

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report:
On October 8th at 1:05 a.m.
Daniel Bryan Foley, 31, of Harwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On October 26th at 6:55 a.m.
Altine Manuel Matos, 50, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 31st at 11:57 a.m.
Kevin W. Mazon, 56, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Fail to keep right
Speeding

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On November 8th at 1:33 p.m.
Charleston Carr, 36, of Hyannis was charged with
Fail to signal
Fail to stop or yield
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Resisting arrest
Obstruction of justice
Fail to stop for police
Operating without a license
and
Brigitte L. Ferraro, 40, of Falmouth was charged with
Posession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (cocaine)(subsequent offense)
Warrant arrest

On November 9th at 3:03 a.m.
Richard C. Gilbar, 50, of East Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Larceny of a motor vehicle
and
Ahmad Y. Faiky, 18, of East Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Larceny of a motor vehicle
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon

On November 9th at 1:45 p.m.
Mitchell J. DeVincent, 26, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 9th at 7:26 p.m.
David E. Sands, 55, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Leaving the scene of property damage

On November 10th at 5:17 p.m.
Sharkira A. Neal, 27, of Sandwich was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On November 12th at 6:10 p.m.
James M. Haney, 73, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Defective equipment
