Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of November 23rd, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On November 18 at 2:38 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Steven J. Marszalkowski, 56, of Provincetown who was charged with
Possession of metamphetamine with intent to distribute (federal warrant)

On November 20th at 1:09 a.m. Sgt. Gregory Hennick arrested
Charles A. Coffiey, 29, of New Port Richey, FL who was charged with
Operating without a license
Defective equipment

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On November 20 at 10:39 p.m. Sgt. David Perry arrested
Andrew H. Czysoki, 38, of Provincetown who was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium

Tracey Louise Smith, 28, of Provincetown was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On November 1 at 5:12 p.m.
Robert S. Diaz. 53. of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 2 at 1:53 p.m.
Robert Adam Plaice, 27, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended

On November 19 at 11:06 a.m.
Kevin F. Richards, 55, of Marstons Mills was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Failing to stop or yield
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 424 calls for service. Officers made 13 arrests, responded to 5 motor vehicle crashes and issued 43 motor vehicle citations.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On November 16 at 9:26 p.m.
Wayra Gomez-Wixon, 22, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit drug
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a class A substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

Gypsy Bree Mall, 21, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a class A substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On November 18 at 12:20 p.m.
Todd R. Lopes, 27, of East Falmouth was charged with
Accessory after the fact
Accessory before the fact
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Attempted murder
Leaving the scene of personal injury

Ashley N. Gonsalves, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Accessory before the fact
Accessory after the fact
Attempted murder

On November 18 at 12:37 p.m.
Kenneth John Robertson, 29, was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On November 19 at 10:55 a.m.
Devin James Cunningham, 19, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 19 at 3:13 p.m.
Marki Mae Matchem, 25, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 20 at 12:15 a.m.
Michael J. Gratis, 32, was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On November 20 at 7:06 p.m.
Crystal A. Rossi, 35, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Child endangerment while OUI

On November 20 at 10:26 p.m.
Michael D. Vecchione, 34, of Woods Hole was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On November 22 at 4:09 p.m.
Anne R. Astin, 62, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
