
YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police report that on Wednesday at approximately 12:23 p.m., Proactive Anti Crime Unit (PACU) Officer Christopher VanNess observed a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt with defective equipment and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 28 near Camp Street.
With the backup assistance of Patrol Officer Sean Geary and PACU Officer Nicholas Ambrosini and Detective Eric Nuss two of the subjects inside the vehicle were found to have illegal drugs in their possession as well as cash related to drug distribution and numerous outstanding warrants.
Arrested were:
Keyshawn Wallace, 32, of Roxbury, MA (left), who was charged with possession with intent to distibute a Class A substance, Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, and four outstanding warrants for motor vehicle offenses.
Also arrested was Chastity E. Bearse, 33, of Boston, MA (right), who was charged with possession of a Class A substance.
Both were transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters and will be arraigned in the Barnstable District Court.
