Five 90’s Songs You Forgot Existed

So maybe you’ve been hearing me the past few weeks filling for Ralphie Marino on the Way Back Lunch…well it has opened my eyes to a lot of amazing music that I completely forgot even existed!! The 90’s was a time of great pop music and really cheesy CGI usage. I mean really, some of these people look like they just discovered a green screen. Here are 10 songs from the 90’s that I enjoy to the point of nausea.

LFO – Girl On TV

If nothing else, LFO proved that one hit wonders were quite profitable in the 90’s. The lead singer dated Jennifer Love Hewitt, sang on TRL, and liked girls that wore Abercrombie and Fitch…could you be anymore 90s?

S Club Party – S Club 7

From the Spice Girls, the BBMak, and before most of One Direction were even born, the Brits still dominated the chats and this little ditty was one of my favs.

Slam Dunk (Da Funk) – Five

Speaking of Brits, most of my elementary school hair styles were spawned by watching these British “bad boy” break it down…in a bowling alley.

Nobody Wants To Be Lonely – Christina Aguilera and Ricky Martin

No really, this video at the time looked like it cost $1 Million Dollars and now, it looks like it was done on a MacBook…it was the ONLY video the Disney Channel played for the longest time…and if they only knew how dirrty Christina would get…

B*Witched – C’est La Vie

I’m not sure who had the brilliant idea to create an Irish girl band…as someone named Sean Patrick Doherty.  I can tell you that we Irish people are good at A LOT of things…being pop stars…not so much. But the song is so catchy it will bring you back to those awkward teenage years with just one click!
