Congratulations to 99.9 the Q’s September Cape Codder of the Month – Cyndy Cotton! She is the Executive Director of the Osterville Village Library. Cyndy kept the library completely open during Covid, but also offered many additional programs online including tutoring for children of all ages and online learning for adults. Under her leadership, the library offers VNA bereavement groups, book signings with local authors, and children’s activities, and many others!
