What’s an hour of sleep worth?  For those who get plenty, it’s not much.  For others, those of us who have young children, it means a lot.

We will lose an hour of sleep this weekend as we Spring forward.  Some will be happy to forfeit over an hour, and others will be upset.

There are some very nice benefits that are well worth the sacrifice of a little sleep. Losing an hour means we are getting closer to the below:
