Sean Gannon and his K9 partner Nero, who together marched in last year’s parade, and the Grand Marshal will be retired Yarmouth Police K9 Officer Peter B. The British Beer Company is hosting the plunge to benefit Belonging to Each Other, a local nonprofit that provides temporary housing and support for Falmouth’s homeless.
