Sheldon is a handsome 8-year-old fella looking for a home! He loves catnip and snacks, and also enjoys snuggling up near you for a nap. He also enjoys affection on his own terms, and is good at taking space when he needs some alone time.
Sheldon is diabetic. Their adopter will need to work closely with their veterinarian to keep them regulated. Adopting a diabetic cat may seem daunting at first, but when their condition is well managed it’s relatively simple to maintain, and the love and affection you’ll receive in return makes it all worth it.
Stop by our Cape Cod Adoption Center to meet Sheldon. We have open adoption hours Tuesday-Sunday from 1pm-4pm – no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
Visit www.mspca.org/petresources to learn how to prepare for a successful first few weeks at home with your adopted pet!
You are welcome to enter our cat rooms during open hours. Staff and volunteers will be happy to assist you!
Looking for a Pet?
The MSPCA Cape Cod has dogs and cats that need good homes! Please visit their location in Centerville! Each week, CapeCod.com, in conjunction with 99.9 the Q, picks an animal and tries to help find a home for that animal. See below for all the animals that we’ve helped and that are available still!
