NANTUCKET – The Annual Daffodil Festival is coming back to Nantucket this month.
The 45th Annual Daffodil Festival will be held on Nantucket from Friday, April 26 through Sunday, April 28. The Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual Daffodil Festival, which is a weekend of events to celebrate the springtime awakening on Nantucket Island.
The Daffodil Festival includes art shows, tours, parades (including the antique car parade and tailgate picnic), exhibitions, contests, lectures and the annual Nantucket Daffodil Flower Show.
The Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce organizes a Daffy Hat Contest, a Children’s Parade featuring decorated bikes, strollers, wagons, and other self-propelled vehicles, the antique car parade, a window decorating contest, the Sconset Tailgate Picnic, a family picnic at Children’s Beach, and more.
