HYANNIS – In an effort to assist with public safety at Hyannis Harbor, the Town of Barnstable has announced a designated Taxi and Rideshare/Cell waiting area along Nantucket Street.
Passengers may connect with their taxi/rideshare at the designated area. Ferry passengers requiring departure or arrival assistance may use Hy-Line Cruises’ property only.
Passenger operations and waiting in un-designated areas, including the Bismore Park Parking lot will be managed by Barnstable Police and Parking Management to ensure public safety.
The designated waiting area will go into effect beginning May 17.
