Cape Cod 5 Makes Top Places to Work List

ORLEANS – A local bank has been named one the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe for the second year in a row.

Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank ranked 14th among all large employers in the Commonwealth.

Companies were evaluated for their direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement through a confidential employee survey.

“We are honored to receive this award, which highlights our passionate team of employees,” said Dorothy Savarese, the chair and CEO of Cape Cod 5.

The survey information was collected by Energage, an independent research company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

Over 60,000 individuals from over three hundred Massachusetts organizations were surveyed in consideration for the Top Places to Work.

Cape Cod 5 is an independent state-chartered financial institution with over $3.4 billion in assets.

Cape Cod 5 offers a wide range of financial products and services to customers living and working on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and in Southeastern Massachusetts through its 26 offices.
