BOSTON – The State Agricultural Officials announced winners of the 2019 Massachusetts Tomato Contest and a Cape Cod farm made the list.
The Cape Abilities Farm in Dennis placed 10th in the cherry tomato division.
“The Annual Massachusetts Tomato Contest is a highlight of the summer season and provides growers across the commonwealth the opportunity to showcase their delicious tomato varieties grown in Massachusetts” said The Department of Agricultural Resources Commissioner John Lebeaux
All Massachusetts commercial tomato growers were eligible. 18 farms across the state participated.
