Cape Light Compact to hold Public Forum on Martha’s Vineyard

AQUINNAHOAK BLUFFS – The Cape Light Compact will be holding a forum next month on Martha’s Vineyard to preview future energy efficiency plans and funds that will be available to consumers.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, October 1 at 5:30 p.m. at the Martha’s Vineyard Commission on New York Avenue in Oak Bluffs.

The compact is preparing a three-year plan for its energy efficiency programs from 2016 to 2018 which could be expanded to include a number of new savings opportunities.

Almost 100 business and just under 1,000 households participated in the compact’s energy efficiency programs on the Vineyard in 2014.
