TRURO – The Cape Cod National Seashore announced the completion of the construction plan for the Head of the Meadow Bicycle Trail Connector.
“The surface is new and improved, it’s ten feet wide, and it’s a safer way to get back and forth from the connections over at Provincetown up to Highland Lake,” said Cape Cod National Seashore Superintendent Brian Carlstrom.
This project was a part of the Outer Cape Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan of 2017.
“It has been long anticipated, and it’s a huge upgrade,” Carlstrom said.
“It’s a nice way to get out and experience this section of the seashore by bicycle.”
