Dinghies Must Be Moved in Barnstable

BARNSTABLE – The Town of Barnstable is reminding dinghy owners that if your dinghy is on town property from now until April 15, that it will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by teh harbormaster.

The only exception is if the dinghy owner gets written permission from the harbormaster proving a need that the dinghy is being used.

The harbormaster’s office held an auction last month for dinghies and other boats that had not been claimed.
