Environmental Group Looking for Summer Workers

OSTERVILLE – Three Bays Preservation is hiring for the summer.

The organization is currently hiring part-time seasonal positions for the summer, including Summer Beach Ambassadors, and Program Assistants.

Responsibilities for Summer Beach Ambassadors, include daily patrolling of Dead Neck Island, maintaining a daily log of visitors to the island, trash control on the island, maintain a daily log of visitors to the island and assist at fund raising activities as needed.

Summer Beach Ambassadors begin at the end of May and continue until mid to late August and applicants should be 18 years or older.

Knowledge of environmental issues and a CPR course and Safe Boating course is required.

Responsibilities for Program Assistants, include coordinate sampling programs, helping with fundraising events, assisting the Program Manager as needed, and helping in community outreach efforts for the summer.

Program Assistant positions are available now and will continue until the end of September.
