Faith Leaders to Address Sexual and Domestic Violence in Community Forum

HARWICH – A bilingual discussion regarding clergy response to sexual and domestic violence across the region will take place Wednesday, May 17th from 9 a.m. to noon at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 310 Route 37 in Harwich.

Clergy, parish nurses, church administrators and other interested members of the community are invited to attend the open dialogue and training session designed to recognize the dangers of abuse and resources available to provide a safe space for victims.

The free event is sponsored by Independence House, Cape Cod Council of Churches, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Nauset Interfaith Association, Harwich Clergy Association, and Parish Nurses.
