FALMOUTH – More strong winds are expected today, according to the National Weather Service.

A wind advisory is in effect until 7 pm. Gusts of up to 50 miles per hour are expected.

The Steamship Authority says some ferry interruptions may occur and have waived change and cancellation fees as a result.

The National Weather Service says gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
