SOUTH DENNIS – An informational session will be held today for South Dennis property owners who need assistance with home repairs.
A representative from the Housing Rehab Program will be available to answer questions at the Dennis Police Department from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The program has funds available for income eligible homeowners for roof, siding, windows and doors, heating system, septic system and handicap accessibility work and more.
The program can pay for up to $40,000 for repairs per owner-occupied home or qualified rental unit.
Year-round homeowners, or some landlords who rent to income-eligible, year-round tenants, must meet the following income guidelines.
The maximum total household gross income per year is $48,300 for one person, $55,200 for two people, $62,100 for three people and $68,950 for four people.
