HYANNIS – The Hyannis HyArts Campus and Hyannis Harbor Overlook Artist Shanties are celebrating this holiday season with festive events on December 1 and 2: The Hyannis Harbor Overlook Artist Shanties Maker-Artist Market and The Hyannis HyArts Arts Campus Open House.
The HyArts Campus provides community art space, working art studios and a professional artist gallery which support and promote the arts through events and performances and instruction. The Campus includes the Guyer Barn, Gallery Artrio, Studio 46 and Bass River Pottery.
The Harbor Overlook features artists selling hand-made, hand-crafted items. The Dec 1 program adds to all the happenings along Main Street, the Harbor boat Parade at Bismore Park and the Hyannis HyArts Campus Open house.
This year’s Hyannis Village Christmas Stroll is sponsored by the Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District, the Hyannis HyArts Cultural District, the Greater Hyannis Civic Association and the Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce.
The Hyannis HyArts Campus is celebrating the season with a campus-wide event.
All four buildings located at the corner of South and Pearl Street. Coordinated with the Hyannis Main St Stroll, Harbor Boat Parade and Harbor Overlook Artist Shanties, this is another stop to visit while in downtown Hyannis.
Both venues are just steps away from the Town Hall & Ocean Street parking lots. Complementary parking is available in both parking lots during the festivities.
The HyArts Campus is at the corner of South and Pearl Street. The Harbor Overlook Artist Shanties are at the corner of South and Ocean Streets.
