Cotuit Library to Host Opiate Addiction Panel

COTUIT – A host of local lawmakers, health and public safety officials will head a panel discussion on opiate addiction at the Cotuit Library.

The event, which begins at 7 p.m., will examine the topic from public safety, policy, health and treatment option viewpoints.

Panelists include 2^nd Barnstable District State Representative Brian Mannal, Director of Substance Abuse Treatment at Odonata Psychotherapy William Ferney, Barnstable Town Council President Jessica Rapp-Grassetti and Chief of the Cotuit Fire Department Chris Olsen.
