SAGAMORE – Drivers trying to get on or off the Cape tonight could run into some slowdowns at the Sagamore Bridge.
The Army Corps of Engineers will be taking one lane in each direction for maintenance work from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. tomorrow. The closures comes at the end of the holiday weekend.
Maintenance work is also planned on the Bourne Bridge Monday night and Tuesday night from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the next morning.
No wide loads will be permitted on either bridge during the lane closures.
