PROVINCETOWN – The Provincetown Art Association and Museum is looking for interns for the summer season.

The internships that are available are in six different fields including Collection and Archives, Special Events, Museum School, Visitor Services, Youth and K-12 Education, Children’s Art Education and Art History.

PAAM believes internships can be a valuable tool and are offering several opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students interested in art, museum studies, arts administration, education and similar fields.

Interns will gain hands on experience of the logistics and organization of an art museum, art association and museum school.

They also learn general office skills and the experience working in a team and independently for a Cape Cod non-profit organization.

PAAM will not provide housing and the internships are unpaid.

Interns will receive a complimentary one year membership and can participate in workshops.

More information and applications can be found at www.paam.org/internships. The deadline to apply is April 15.
