The increased access will be for children between the ages of 2.9 and 5.

A public forum will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Harwich Community Center at 100 Oak Street. The forum will run until 8 p.m. and will be held in Activity Room #3.

A second forum will be held Thursday, April 14 in South Yarmouth at Station Avenue Elementary School from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Parents, grandparents, community leaders, educators, and other intereset individuals are invited to attend either forum.

Comments and suggestions along with questions about the grant and plan are welcome and encouraged.
