CENTERVILLE – The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce has hired the former Harwich Assistant Town Administrator to head their member services.

Julie Quintero-Schulz has been chosen as the chamber’s Vice President of Member Services and Community Development, a newly created position.

“I am absolutely thrilled to join the staff, as I have watched the extraordinary leadership of the Cape Cod Chamber for quite some time, and am ready to serve the businesses of Cape Cod and assist in making our community a better place to live, work, and visit,” Quintero-Schulz said.

Quintero-Schulz, a Centerville resident, has worked as a Mobility Manager at the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority, the Deputy Chief of Staff for MassHighway, and as a Senior Policy Analyst for former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

“We are very bullish on Cape Cod, and are excited to add someone to our team that believes in the Cape’s success and its future,” said Wendy Northcross, the CEO of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. “We have worked with Ms. Quintero-Schulz over the past several years and have seen her ability to deliver complex projects to fruition.

The Chamber says Quintero-Schulz will create programs across the region and will lead the Chamber’s membership team. She will work on increasing member engagement and increased enrollment.

Quintero-Schulz starts the job on September 1.
