More Snow Expected Today for the Cape and Islands

WinterCarSnowCarsCAPE COD – The region is not going to get much of a break from the snow as more is expected to fall Tuesday.

The Cape and Islands are expected to get about 3 to 5 inches of snow, with the most falling during the middle of the day.

Over the bridges in Plymouth and Bristol counties, 1 to 3 inches of snow could fall.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the area until 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Temperatures are expected to reach into the upper 20s Tuesday.
