Harwich Deputy Police Chief Kevin Considine has been selected to participate in the final segment of the law enforcement torch run for the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin, Germany this June. Considine joins Sunday Journal this week to discuss the honor, and what it means to him as a member of the law enforcement community serving the local region.
