WELFLEET – It’s a long road ahead, but Studio G’s Managing Principal Gail Sullivan says Wellfleet’s Maurice’s Campground affordable housing project has been a success story in public involvement in dealing with the Cape crisis. She says the public input process has helped make a model of what the community needs that may even help out other communities across the Cape and Islands. She adds around 436 households don’t have adequate housing.
