MASHPEE – Cape Cod’s only strip club has been sold. The new owners of the Zachary’s Pub property, on Great Neck Road North in Mashpee, says he has no interest in continuing the adult entertainment operation.
According to records filed with Barnstable County, the 6 acre property sold for $2 million. The sale took place on May 7th.
The current owner of the property and proprietor of Zachary’s, Centerville resident Richard Halpern, says he plans to continue offering adult entertainment at the venue for at least the next couple of months.
It is expected the new owner will continue to rent out the 50 rental units on the property.
The property was originally listed for sale in 2016 for just over $4 million.
