BOSTON (AP) — The mad dash to get into next year’s Boston Marathon is over. Organizers say registration for the April 18th, 2016, running of the race closed yesterday after the field limit of 30,000 entrants was reached. Registration had opened last Monday, with the fastest runners getting first dibs on a bib. Not all qualifiers who submitted an entry for the 120th running of the marathon will be accepted.
