4th Annual District 10 American Legion All-Star Game Boasts Baker’s Dozen from Cape

ROCKLAND – The 4th Annual District 10 American Legion All-Star Game will see 13 local Cape players suit up for the East Division squad as 60 of the region’s best from Eastham to Norwell square off in front of 45 or so college and pro scouts at Rockland Memorial Stadium.

Representing the East Division squad will be Orleans Post 308’s Kino Gray (Nauset), Nick Perito (Falmouth) and Joe Sullivan (Nauset); Sandwich Post 188’s Brady Doherty (Sandwich), Joe Oriola (St. John Paul II), Nick Couhig (Falmouth) and Shay Souza (Bourne); and Barnstable Post 206’s Gary DiSarcina Jr. (Barnstable), Mike Knell (Dennis-Yarmouth), Drew Gallant (Dennis-Yarmouth), Jake Gleason (Dennis-Yarmouth), Jackson Badot (Barnstable) and Eric Holzman (Barnstable).

The East Division team is represented by Kingston Post 387, Pembroke Post 143, Barnstable Post 206, Orleans Post 308, Sandwich Post 188, Wareham Post 220 and Plymouth Post 40.

The West Division team is represented by Brockton Post 35, Hawkeye AC (East Bridgewater), Hanover Post 149, Marshfield Post 88, Rockland Post 147, Whitman Post 22 and Hingham Post 120.

The West Division team will be managed by Tim Graham, head coach from Hawkeye AC, defending West Division champions. Joining Graham will be coaches Byron Tempesta and Ryan Gavin.

The East Division team will be managed by Sean Walsh, head coach from Barnstable Post 206, defending East Division champions. Joining Walsh will be K.J. Kozens from Sandwich Post 188 and Bob Flynn from Pembroke Post 143 as well as Bob Corradi, Post 188 Coach Emeritus.

The West holds a 2-1 lead over the East in District 10 All-Star Game action.
